Psychology first, tools second.
About me
I design for people first, tools second.
My background is in psychology, which is a long way of saying I'm endlessly curious about why people do what they do at work, and why good ideas so often stall. Every program I build starts there: what someone is actually being asked to change, and what's making that hard.
Lately, that question has mostly been about AI. Not because I have it figured out, I don't, but because the real work isn't rolling out a tool, it's figuring out how AI scales across a business so people can actually do their best work with it, not just adopt it and move on.
The result is human-centered work that respects people's time. Less theater, fewer decks, more practice and proof. When it goes well, nobody calls it “an initiative,” it's just how the team works now.
Recent Accomplishments
0+
employees moved through a company-wide product transition, on time, across every team involved, by building strong partnerships across 5 global teams.
3 days to on-demand
redesigned instructor-led training into fully on-demand hands-on labs, cutting seat time while keeping the practice real.
96%
AI adoption across an 85-person technical team, built from zero, no playbook to start from.
My Skills
- Program & Operating Strategy
- I build the structure behind initiatives that don't have a precedent yet: governance, reporting, the pieces that make a program actually run.
- Cross-Functional Alignment
- I get teams moving together without needing authority over them.
- Change Management
- Prosci-certified. New tools, new processes, new expectations, I help people move through "this is different now" without losing trust in the process.
- AI Adoption, Learned Together
- I don't come in as the expert with the answers. I help teams build confidence with AI as the tools keep changing, alongside them.
- Workflow Design & Automation
- I look at where work actually breaks down, then turn that into templates, prompt frameworks, or automation, not just a training deck about it.
- Learning Design Rooted in Psychology
- Programs built on why people actually change, not just what they need to know.
